Using Salesforce.com and JIRA in your organization? Do you find that you are keeping the same information in both these systems? At CustomWare we have developed a plugin that will allow you to integrate Salesforce.com and JIRA and synchronise the data in these two systems. With some basic configuration, mapping Salesforce.com Cases to JIRA issues, this plugin will integrate your Salesforce.com account to your JIRA instance, enabling bi-directional synchronization.
