CustomWare would like to announce the beta release of the Get Satisfaction and JIRA Connector version 2.0.0-beta. This release contains the following features:
- New framework to allow many third parties to re-use the JIRA configuration and Admin elements
- Use of Application links
- Ability to use a Configuration Wizard to make it easier to get started with default mappings
- Mappings Schemes to make it easy to associate projects with the desired field mappings
- Ability to diagnose problems with a Diagnostics Screen
- Support Screen to help speed up the support process by allowing config settings to be exported
- Ability to bulk update JIRA issues and have them synchronise to Get Satisfaction
- Makes use of Active Objects
