This page is a quick step by step guide on how to install and get the connector up and running.

Step 1 - Installation

Install the Connector

If you are using Atlassian JIRA Studio or OnDemand, this should already be available in your instance so you can skip this step
  1. Go to the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager) and choose "Upload Plugin"
  2. Browse and choose the connector obr file
  3. Restart JIRA
  4. Check Successful installation after restart
  5. Check the new "Cloud Connectors" sections is visible

Step 2 - Configuration

Please note that the administration interface is different in JIRA studio so some items might be different from the screenshots provided in this documentation, please refer to "For JIRA Studio Customers" for more details on this.

Install the Connector License

  1. Go to the CustomWare Store and obtain a license
  2. Go to the Cloud Connectors section of JIRA Admin and choose Licensing
  3. Install a new license
  4. Upload license key file
  5. Check license is valid

Before Proceeding
