Solution
- Implemented Confluence to replace the previous intranet system
- Migrated existing intranet data
- Enhanced the standard functionality of Confluence to allow modified documents to be checked and approved:
- Automatically notified moderators of content changed
- Content would not be visible to staff until moderators approved the changes
- Provided a custom Confluence theme in accordance with corporate design standards
- Setup Confluence spaces reflecting restricted access based on company roles and teams
