  • Implemented the Atlassian JIRA issue tracking system
  • Enhanced the standard functionality of JIRA:
    • Custom fields added
    • Workflow plug-in validator* installed
    • Create a new global menu item hyperlinked to the company’s internal intranet
  • Created a JIRA configuration document including workflow diagrams and a JIRA configuration spreadsheet
