- LogicaCMG needed to extend their usage of their Atlassian JIRA issue tracking system and required the following:
- Specific information stored about each project
- Integration with their existing billing process
- LogicaCMG required a way to allow individual JIRA users to indicate billable hours included in each work log

Solution
- Provided a high quality set of plug-ins and customisations to LogicaCMG’s existing JIRA system
- Custom Project Field developed:
- Extended the existing custom field functionality of JIRA to allow custom fields to be defined at a project level
- Integrated into the JIRA administration facility
- Billable Hours Work Log Customisation:
- Velocity template customisation along with a set of integrated database tables to store the required data
- Integrated into the JIRA administration facility

- Catered to LogicaCMG specific needs in Denmark without creating unnecessary overheads
- Provided access to CustomWare’s WIKI which contained a complete set of installation instructions and project specifications
- Leveraged the existing JIRA functionality to support future upgrades to the product
