- Created a JIRA configuration spreadsheet
- Created and implemented multiple JIRA workflows
- Setup restrictions and permission schemes for the company’s JIRA users and public users
- Developed a language pack plug-in which altered the field text ‘Fix Version’ to ‘Actual Fixed Version’
