The Smith Family supports children and families living in financial disadvantage by creating a better future through education. The Smith family compromises 530 paid staff, 7000 volunteers and 27000 students on their Learning for Life program

  • In order to maximise organisational use of Confluence the employees of The Smith Family required Confluence training

  • Delivered onsite Confluence Fundamentals training to the employees of The Smith Family

Result

  • Training increased the skills and knowledge of employees and allowed The Smith Family to maximise their use of Confluence
  • Training gave employees of The Smith Family the confidence and knowledge needed to train others within the organisation
  • Training course materials were documented and provided to The Smith Family for their future reference
